Coon lab researchers, led by Dain Brademan, have launched a new software tool called Argonaut.
Argonaut is a web-based platform built to accommodate large-scale, multi-omic experiments and to enable intuitive and interactive exploration of the associated data. Argonaut presents the experimental results in a code-free environment, so both experts and non-experts can easily interact with and share their data from anywhere in the world. The platform streamlines working with large datasets and lowers the barrier to entry for biological and clinical collaborators.
