What brought you to UW-Madison and the Coon lab?

I came to the Coon Lab because I want to do cutting edge, multidisciplinary research, and that’s exactly the lab’s specialty.  After working in proteomics research post-graduation, I knew I loved mass spectrometry and I wanted to be a part of this creative, collaborative team working on innovating the field in every possible directio

What are your current projects?

I am working on creating high throughput methods for mass spec acquisition of multi-omic data for large sample sets.  With this, I’ll be able to efficiently create datasets for sample cohorts large enough to do powerful statistical analyses like QTL mapping.
